We offer outdoor sessions for corporate volunteer groups in Charterhouse Heritage Park.
Volunteering tasks will depend on the time of year and what is going on in the Heritage Park. In 2023 corporate volunteers: donated and planted rose bushes, dahlias and spring bulbs; donated and constructed picnic benches for the garden at Charterhouse; litter picked, gardened and helped to set up events.
Volunteering days typically run from 10am to 3pm with a break for lunch. We provide gloves and snacks – you just need to bring a packed lunch and wear appropriate clothing for working in the outdoors. You will work with our head gardener who will give you instruction and work alongside the group.
We suggest a donation of £30 a head, or a donation towards equipment, for corporate days.
