Now that Charterhouse is open and we are welcoming visitors, we are recruiting for the new role of ‘customer service volunteer’.
These volunteers will be mostly based at the welcome desk; greeting visitors, selling and checking in tickets, taking donations, answering questions and providing important information about the site and upcoming events. The new role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic customer facing position and develop a range of transferrable skills within a vibrant visitor attraction and historic site.
Customer service volunteers will be required to join us for 3 to 4 days per month for a minimum of 3 months, Thursdays-Sundays, from 9.30am – 3.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
