Charterhouse will be open to the public on Saturday 29th June from 12 noon to 4pm.
Later this year at Charterhouse, we will be undergoing a renovation to create an amazing visitor experience centred around the Carthusian monastery buildings, founded by Richard II. Come and see this fantastic building, medieval wall paintings, walled gardens and parkland before restoration works start later this year.
Please join us for guided tours of the house and gardens, and seasonal refreshments from The Little Vintage Cake Company.
Drawings and information of the forthcoming restoration project will be available to view.
