Historic Coventry Trust is an ambitious and entrepreneurial community-led charity on a mission to restore and reuse Coventry’s heritage buildings.
We require a dynamic Charterhouse General Manager for our flagship site, delivering an ambitious 5-year business growth plan and creating an exceptional visitor attraction. We are looking for an individual with a strong commercial track record, able to deliver against stretching income targets. Our ideal candidate will be sensitive to the role this exceptional place plays in the life and heritage of Coventry.
With a small team of staff and a larger team of volunteers, we are looking for someone able to lead and motivate others and to be hands on as a Duty Manager. This is a full time role with regular weekend and Bank Holiday working. Salary £28K – £33K.
