Mark Ratcliffe is Head of Estates for the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, responsible for an extensive portfolio of investment properties and land, and for the historic properties in the Trust’s care. He has considerable experience in maintaining the general operation of a range of listed buildings, including planned capital repair and refurbishment projects, as well as major redevelopment and conservation programmes. As a Trustee for Historic Coventry Trust, he brings his experience in re-purposing and redeveloping tired or failing historic structures to provide a sustainable future for these buildings that maintains their historic and cultural integrity.
