Residents of London Road Cemetery, designed by Joseph Paxton, include most of Coventry’s Victorian industrial pioneers.
Paxton's People Trail

The trail takes up to 1 hour to complete, including activities along the way.
There is a suggested route but you can select particular residents on the trail or do it in any order. Extra time can be built in to explore the cemetery.



Workshop
The Paxton’s People workshop is designed for students working at key stage 3 – a history investigation exploring archival sources and objects to find out more about the lives of residents highlighted on the Paxton’s People trail.
Group hire
Hire the Anglican Chapel as a base for your group visit. The Chapel is equipped with tables and chairs and there are toilets and a kitchenette.
