Competition terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is: Historic Coventry Trust (‘Historic Coventry Trust’) of Drapers’ Hall, Bayley Lane, Coventry, CV1 5RN.
2. These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Heritage Park Times Spring/Summer 2023, Tell us what you think of the Heritage Park Times’ competition (‘the Competition’), running from 5pm 21 February 2023 (the ‘Opening Date’) until midnight 31 May 2023 (the ‘Closing Date’).
3. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Channel Islands aged 5 – 14 with explicit permission from an adult (aged 18 or over).
6. Employees or contractors of Historic Coventry Trust, any person directly or indirectly involved in Historic Coventry Trust or the running of the competition, or their direct family members are not eligible for the prize.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
8. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. To enter the Competition entrants must complete the online questionnaire linked to from the QR code on the Heritage Park Times. The form must be completed, and include details of your name and email address and/or telephone number of entrant or their parent(s) or guardian(s).
10. The winning entries will be contacted via email to the email address provided.
11. Entries submitted in any other way will not be accepted.
12. Obscene or inappropriate entries will not be accepted and Historic Coventry Trust reserves the right to reject any entries for any reason at its sole discretion.
13. Entries must not infringe the copyright of anyone else and entrants will hold Historic Coventry Trust harmless from any claims in relation to their entry alleging that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
14. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    Historic Coventry Trust reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
15. Historic Coventry Trust is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
16. The competition winners will be chosen at random by a member of staff of Historic Coventry Trust.
17. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition winners will be notified by Thursday 8th June 2023. If a competition winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the competition winner and pick a replacement competition winner.
19. Historic Coventry Trust reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.
20. The Competition Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Competition Prizes are not transferable.
21. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Historic Coventry Trust and not to any other party. 23. Historic Coventry Trust shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
