3 Priory Row is a three-storey cottage – a historic building with modern luxury.
Original features such as the unique timber framing of the building are combined with modern luxury to ensure a really comfortable stay. Luxurious beds and plenty of hot water in a modern shower or bath, along with all you need in the kitchen and living areas are available right in the heart of the city. With views over Holy Trinity church and Broadgate, Priory Row is an oasis in this historic city.
Downstairs there is a living room, with comfy modern sofa. The large modern kitchen-dining area has Silestone grey quartz worktops, modern Neff cooker with induction hob, integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox, and quality cooking equipment. To the rear is a utility room, and access to the rear private enclosed courtyard which is available for guests.
On the first floor is a large double bedroom and a generously sized bathroom, with a large luxury shower.
On the second floor is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing a modern freestanding bath.
Check-in time is from 3pm and the check-out is before 10am.

3 Priory Row is an historic building (dating to the 15th century). There are steep winding steps to both first and second floors. While there are sturdy handrails fitted to the staircases, we would not recommend the property to those with mobility issues, or to those with babies, toddlers, or older infants.
We appreciate that your dogs are key members of your family and therefore you may want them to accompany you on your stay here in Coventry. We confirm that well behaved dogs are welcome in 3 Priory Row. However, should you wish to bring along your dog in all cases you must inform us of this prior to your arrival. We will make a charge of £10 per dog, per night. We ask that dogs must not be left un-accompanied and able to roam free in the property or its grounds. We ask that you keep your dogs to common areas and dogs are not allowed into the bedrooms or on any furniture.
